• Records of work. Quotes, invoices, specifications and guarantee documents relating to work we have carried out for you.
• Technical information. Standard web server records such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, generated automatically when anyone visits the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To carry out work and administer your guarantee — because it is necessary to perform our contract with you.
